  2. Condition of the Product: The item must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Furniture must not have been used or assembled in any way.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized furniture (e.g., custom-built pieces or specific color/material selections made to order).
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
  • Used or assembled furniture.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@infinityhato.net or call (970) 532-3423 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all parts, accessories, and documentation are included.
  3. Return Shipping: For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Return Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund or exchange. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Exceptions:

  • If the item is returned due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
